- Identified a shortfall in parking spaces.
- Developed a plan for creating a robust, accessible, fair, balanced, and efficient parking system utilising various solutions including reducing parking demand, technological solutions, and improved permit management.
- Considered future demand, accessibility, energy management, and operational delivery.
- Produced an outline specification for a parking management contract.
